Nothing, they stole from us from us. A lot of money. We paid 800€ for a two bedroom apartment which would have 2 bedrooms (one with a double and single bed, and one with two single beds) but shortly after paying an extra ‘safety’ deposit of 400€ they changed our apartment into another one, deleted messages from WhatsApp and gave us an apartment with only 2 beds. One double and one single. We arrived late in the evening so couldn’t do much about it, immediately texted the company but they never did anything anymore and even stopped replying within 24 hours while we were staying there for 5 days. Ordinary thieves these people are. From the lowest kind.
Also, it will be interesting to know that even if we started contacting Booking.com on the next morning, so on the second day of our 5 day stay, they simply never replied or reacted …. Supposedly when you are ‘Genius 3’ they will get back to you in 24 hours but they got back to us after we left the accommodation, no more than 4 days later and then they told us, we are sorry, but there is nothing we can do. No refunds, no payback. No sense of responsibility. Take the money and run. We’ll see both of you in court for lying to us and stealing our money in what looks to be a thieving set up supported by Booking.com.

Not all like the pictures. They gave us an apartment that wasn’t the one we booked for. Not very clean. Staff unwilling to assist. Very poor water pressure. They asked for a 400€ deposit and only refunded it 3 weeks after we checked out even though everyday I was asking for it. Overall I do not recommend this place at all. Also quite far from the city center.
