My Space Barcelona Park Güell Apartments

The beginner I have some problems I did not know I have to pick up the key in one place for to check in , I believe is ok if you know this in advance , is just 15 minutes walk to the apartment but is better get a cab because if you have a lot of luggages is very hard the access After they my card key is not working I tried to call the office so many time they did not reply finally a good staff reply me and asked me to download a app key to open the door for the apartment but at this point was one hour after my check in and my son would like to go the toilet but after this all solve I really enjoy stay in the apartment, one thing to add is that they don’t have anything for cook like salt, sugar, coffee, toilet papers are not enough they didn’t offer that much supplies but I believe is not a family place to stay but had plenty of space, clean and comfortable Thank you

Place was not very clean , it was strong feeling of public place, dirty walls and some pieces of food on the floor

The apartament was very dirty. The people who works on "my space Barcelona" are very very rude. They charge you a 400€ deposit when you do the check in, saying that the deposit will get back to you 7-14 days after the check out day but they NEVER GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ACT ILLEGALLY! IF YOU DON'T WANNA LOSE YOUR MONEY, DON'T RENT ANY APARTMENT FROM "MY SPACE BARCELONA"!
