“The poorest time of this trip is staying at this apartment”
The best

The poorest apartment where I’ve been before. Lake of need all tools and things described in description. I was ill because of temperature very cold there and absence of central hitting. And the air conditioning is very bad and useless. Staff is layers, and don’t resolve problems at a time. The apartment is underground and this is not advised at description. The not recommended for all. I’ve made mistake and didn’t read review. So don’t be like me! This host is near to be a scam!

The apartment was full of “cucaracha” (cockroaches). They make you deposit €400 as a guarantee and then they take it from you using unacceptable excuses. finally, the apartment you book from booking is not the one they give you in the facility. we had even taken an apartment with a balcony and found ourselves in the basement. this also happened to other people who were there. BAD EXPERIENCE

Great location, very central.

To be improved

Flat is in the basement (floor -2) but this was not indicated in the description. There are limited opportunities to get fresh air into the property (1 window) which does not make it very comfortable. You can literally see the neighbours above walking in one area which again was not disclosed. Seems like the property was renovated in a hurry and could be much nicer. There are quite a few handy little things missing to stay for a short week there. And basic information also missing. Should we have known all of this we would not have rent this place. We invite the rental agency to update the description.

It was a fraud. The place was a basement without windows infected with cockroaches. The company also took 400 eur as a deposit on the top of everything else and did not return it without any explanations.
