The best

Very modern and well finished apartment in a great location for the best bits of Alicante. Good internet connectivity and two large smart TVs. Electric roller blinds on all windows and Aircon. Sun terrace. Has all the facilities you need.

To be improved

A small amount of minor things mean this doesn't get a 10. But I'd rate it at 9.5 Shower on sun terrace not working. One of the roller blinds didn't work properly (faulty switch?). Movement detecting light in the entrance area just went on and off when it felt like it. Bottom silicone sealant on both showers has black mould and needs a good clean. You also have to take the garbage bags to the bins at the end of the street.
