“Excellent location, comfortable beds and clean accommodation with everything you need.”

Excellent location for beech and shops/ restaurants. Accommodation was well catered for and we had everything we needed. Staff on reception were excellent, very helpful, lent us sunshades for the beach and booked a taxi for us when we left. The pool on the roof was clean and warm and was a welcome extra.

To be improved

Quite noisy at night with being close to the backs of restaurants, putting glass/ rubbish in bins then them being emptied fairly early in the morning. I think the UPVC window in our room could do with being fixed as looks like the hinge is coming away from the frame at the top, which my help with the noise issue.

Great location and modern apartments with good facilities within.

To be improved

Filthy pool (see brown rim of grease and lotion in photo) and the apartment Stank of sewage for the full visit. You must empty your own bins on the street traipsing the bin bag through the building and lift to get there. No support or accountability for lack of cleanliness. In fact I was told it’s my fault for not telling them sooner. Customer care should be ashamed of themselves for upholding this lack of interest in how our stay was and blaming us, for their lack of hospitality.

The location was good with easy access to most things.

To be improved

The pool was very small and on a few occasions when large groups of single lads landed they took over the rooftop and made it impossible for my children to enjoy the pool and sun bathing facility's with their noise and behaviour towards my teenage daughter and their disregard for anyone else using the pool . This happened on a few different occasions and in the end we had to stay clear of this area altogether. Also I experienced a lot of noise outside my room and door bells being pressed by these groups.

“Perfect for a relaxing time”

It was so nice and the staff were so nice. It was right in downtown so we walked the entire time, bed were so comfortable.

To be improved

You could hear everything, every time someone was walking outside or something we could hear it. There also was a sleeping couch which was very uncomfortable
