The best

Very well taken care of apartment. Staff was amazing. The bedrooms with the loft beds were warm at night but not uncomfortable. Updated apartment and great location. Needed more towels but overall a wonderful apartment!

To be improved

Not enough towels. Building was not in great condition. Fell down the stairs as one area is at a slant. No elevator.

The location was great, the apartment was very comfortable for our family of 7. The rooms and beds were comfortable with enough closet space. The kitchen very well equipped.

The balconies were gorgeous. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was so beautiful and large. Washer and dryer were a great bonus. Located in the best neighborhood on a quiet street.

“A spacious apartment in a great location”
The best

The apartment is in a great location, lots of cafes & bars nearby & an easy walk to Calle Grand Via & all the galleries. The apartment is on the first floor, no lift & very quirky stairs. It is very spacious, well equipped with living room space has 3 double doors opening onto Juliet balconies. There is double glazing to reduce the noise so very quiet to sleep. The second two bedrooms have mezzanine beds so may not suit all people. Generous with coffee pods and basic kitchen requirements. We appreciated been able to leave our luggage after checkout to spend some more time in Madrid before catching our train to Granada.

To be improved

The hot water ran out each morning with only 3 of us showering & not long showers. The showerhead in the ensuite was fixed on pulse & couldn't be adjusted. Our biggest gripe would be the quality of the towels, they were dreadful, very thin & some stained, I would expect a better quality in an apartment of this quality.
