1- The location is good.

To be improved

1- There was a horrible smell like a dead mouse all over the rooms, halls, and elevator. 2- The toilets were really dirty. No one came to clean the toilets during the 4 days of our stay. 3- The internet connection was so poor. 4- The host is soooo impolite. I think that's why the place was empty and I was the only guest there haha. 5- NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

“Excellent value for money”
The best

The location is strategic, in the centre of Madrid and really near to the Metro. The window is new and soundabsorbing. The assistance is great, they quickly solved a problem on the phone. Despite the common bathroom, the precence of the shower in the room is absolutely fantastic!

To be improved

Just a suggestion: I would have appreciated a second little bedside table and sanitizing wipes in the common bathroom.

The best

Room was very clean and cosy. Location is the fantastic. Host was very helpful and attended to all our queries. I was there with my oldest daughter for one week. Was safe and secured entrance which was good.

To be improved

There was a nice shower in room but would have been better if there were showers curtains also as we as expats don't just shower in open like this so we had to keep using the shared bathroom for our showers. But overall was really best! Rooms service not sure as we had same towels daily and dustbins were overfull so we emptied ourselves. Not sure how this worked. Perhaps we should have checked. But host was very helpful for all our needs and spoke fluent Wnglush which came as a plus point to us! Thank you for your kind hospitality.

The bed should be better, and the walls between rooms are very thin. The guy next to complained that the TV was so loud, but it was in volumen 14 of 100.
