“It was a very exceptional experience. I want to rate the location 1000/10. Everything was smooth, clear and perfect. Despite it is a self checking, staff can be joined easily over the phone for assistance but the self checking instructions are easy and clear enough, I really appreciate it. The rooms were very nice, tidy and clean and beds were very comfortable. The space area is large more than expected. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Most landmarks are very close and no need for transportation, in addition, metro station, bus station, taxis are at the door step. We especially enjoyed the beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Me and my family were very pleased with our stay and we'll return soon. Much much appreciated. Thank you”

To be improved

The door to the unit is incredibly loud. One must slam to door to shut it causing a lot of noise to the unit and the entire building. We had one towel each for the entire week. We also ran out of paper towels and toilet paper. There was a wine rack and wine glasses but no wine bottle opener which was annoying. Stop being so cheap and provide enough amenities for comfort.
