Only the location was good

To be improved

There was no wardrobe, even no hanger. If you bring shirt and/or dress with you there is no space to hang them. Lights in the room did not work after first day. There is no elevator in the building. In the apartment there is no radiators for heating.

The location was amazingly close to the main things we have come to see in Madrid. Shops and restaurants very close by also

Everything was good. Although if there was one thing I would say the neighbors were a little noisy past 11pm

I loved the location. It is near to the center, 2 subway lines nearby, 15 minutes to the center of the city. The public transportation of the city is excelent, fast and clean, easy to use and the location of the apartment provide easy transport to any destination in the city. There are many restaurants nearby, bakeries, health food bars, market, pharmacy, children's playground 3 min walk from the apartment. ... you have everything you need, within a 3 to 5 minute walk. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a family stay, it has everything needed for a good stay. Also, for football fans, it is within 10 min walk from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

To be improved

The apartment needs improvement and minor repairs. Also, the cleanliness is not at an enviable level. The air conditioners we used to warm up with are too dirty, probably never or not cleaned for a long time, so apart from the danger of infection, they don't heat up efficiently.
