“One of the best apartments I ever book in my journeys.”
The best

Location, cleanness, equipment, style — everything at the top level. 3-5 minutes by feet to any interesting points in the city. 15 minutes from the train station. Right in the building — a lot of good bars and restaurants. The host is very kind, his hospitality is very high. For sure gonna choose this apartment for the next visit to Gijon.

Location is esxcellent.

Arrived just after 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2024, and building did not have electricity. Electrician David came at about 8:15 and restored power by 8:45. David told me issue was the power estimated to be used was low. BAD EXPERIENCE.
