No water in the rooms, I understand and fully support sustainability but surely having an empty fridge running in the room is worse? I don’t understand how fully stocked bars and restaurants are ok but can’t have glass bottles in the room. I was also not made aware of this prior to my stay had I of been aware i would have bought 2 flasks so me and my son had one each. Travelling with just me & my son, it wasn’t ideal to leave him in the room alone to fill up. Water is a basic human right and should be provided

Unfortunately, room cleanliness could be improved – housekeeping wasn’t as thorough as expected. The staff in the restaurant had limited English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. One unpleasant incident happened during breakfast – we noticed mold on one of the cheese slices, and when we reported it to the restaurant staff, they didn’t seem very concerned. The cheese tray was left out anyway, which was quite disappointing and concerning. Additionally, there were some uncomfortable situations at the pool – women sunbathing topless, and at one point, a woman even had her dog lying on a sunbed. That really shouldn’t be allowed in a hotel like this. In the room, there was no iron (you have to request one at reception), no kettle, and not even a bottle opener – every time we needed something, we had to go down to reception, which was inconvenient.

AC was okey, but not spectacular

Breakfast was ok but I think we paid a lot for 2 days. Much more than 'money for value'. Our 'Sea view' room had an excellent sea view in a distance of almost 1 Km and a 'nice' grey concrete beton building/compex (semi finished).
