“Lovely”

The best

Super clean, great location a short walk away from the town of pollensa. Very quiet area so no noise at night. Lovely pool and garden. Secluded and private.

To be improved

Wifi didnt reach to one of the bedrooms. Not really a deal breaker though, not really much of an issue. Way of Getting the deposit back was a bit annoying.

The villa was well furnished, with most things considered. This includes subtle touches such as a selection of coffee making devices! Both check-in & check-out were hassle free, facilitated by proactive & concise communication by the host.

To be improved

Given the exceptional family area around the pool, the villa could benefit from a couple/few comfier outdoor seats. The indoor living area may also benefit from an air conditioning unit similar to those installed in the bedrooms.

“Beautiful villa and stunning pool and gardens, great location!”

The best

A really amazing villa with a beautiful pool and lovely gardens, with plenty of outside space for both sunbathing or sitting in the shade and eating outside. The location was perfect, very peaceful with great views, but only a 20 minute walk into the lovely centre of Pollensa. Inside the villa was spacious and beautifully furnished, the beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The villa was very clean and we always got a super quick response to any questions we had. The lane and entrance to the villa was a bit tight, but all navigable with the help of an extra eye, but it was well worth the effort!

“Good family villa - great pool and outdoor space”

The best

The pool is great, the garden is beautiful. Several really nice outdoor tables to eat at (as well as a very good dining room and living space, which we didn't use much because the weather was so good). There's also a table tennis table, balls, pool toys etc - great for kids. You can easily walk into town. Bedrooms great with decent air conditioning. Lovely place

To be improved

The road leading up to the property really is VERY tiny and it's difficult to manoeuvre in and out. Not the fault of the villa owners - but I would suggest nervous drivers will find it very stressful. Even my partner, who is a very experienced driver, found it difficult. The mosquitos were very bad (it being August) but that was the case for Pollenca generally - not so much an issue with this particular villa. The kitchen is well equipped but rather dark and I got very hot cooking in there - could do with some air conditioning in that room.

Lovely Gardens and pool space , lots of space inside, very well equipped especially kitchen, ten minute walk into town, lovely quiet area.

To be improved

En suite shower was not great needs a refresh - hard to climb in to and overhead position difficult to adjust.
