“Great Apartment”

The best

The apartment was spotless. Although i didn't use them, there was an iron and ironing board, beach towels, and lots of kitchen utensils. The only thing missing was a teatowel. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. There was a hand soap dispenser and a shower gel dispenser, which was handy. I would happily book again.

excellent set up, everything was as advertised. comfortable, clean, good location. Food at the hidden gem restaurant was excellent.

To be improved

The lock on the door kept sticking and was very difficult to open or lock. The outside pool was extremely cold. The restaurant on site closed after 5 days of our 10 day stay.

“Great little apartment, superb location”

The best

A great find in a superb location in Matagorda. The owners were so helpful and available when required. The toaster broke and cut off the electrics, but one message to the owners and everything was sorted so quickly. No drama! The apartment, although small, is perfect for 2 people. It is well equipped, and the welcome water and wine were very much appreciated. There were also teabags, coffee, sugar, condiments, etc. in the cupboard. The soap, shampoo, and shower gel were also much appreciated. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely return.

To be improved

Not really the owners' issue, but we didn't like the avery of birds at the pool, way too noisy, which made it hard to relax. Luckily, we are beach goers, so it wasn't a major problem for us. Also, as there is no washing machine, it would be nice to have extra towels in the bathroom. We had to use the same one for a weeks stay after showering.
