There is absolutely no such thing as service in this property. On the first day, I spent almost an hour just trying to check in — and it was all done via WhatsApp. Ridiculous. They claim to provide room cleaning, yet on several occasions I found hair in the bed that clearly wasn’t mine. The only positive is the central location. However, it comes at a price: the property is right next to the Cathedral Basilica of Ciutadella, and the constant ringing of the bells is very disturbing. Even though the room has no window, you can still hear them clearly. Last but not least, on my final day, the alarm went off at 7 AM and kept ringing for nearly half an hour. No one came to turn it off — I had to abandon my sleep and leave the building. In a single word: AVOID.

Directions to apartment through Booking.com on foot from bus station were not quite correct. I suggest clearer directions would be helpful. Check in was on electronic screen in Catalan. I don't speak Catalan but managed based on French/Italian! I was jet lagged so I may not have figured out how to bring up screen in other languages.

The thin walls, you hear everything! The self check-in took some time. I love the fact that they offer free coffee and water but didn't realise it was literally in the basement, it was a bit smelly and dark in there not somewhere you really want to stay and chill. They could make this area so much nicer and cosier.

The bathroom has no doors, both shower and toilet are directly in the room with no privacy at all - this was nowhere notified or included in the room description The check in is an extremely bad experience - we had issue with the automatic check in, we called for assistance and we had to stay 30 minutes on the phone with a guy that kept giving us a wrong code to access. Only after such a while and double checking with a colleague he gave us the proper code - 1:00 AM Lastly, once got in, there was not hot water at all and once complaining we were told it was an issue they were aware and trying to solve (but again we were not notified in advance, also considering the issue already encountered with check in) - the day after, at least before solving, they proposed us to change hotel

The automated self check-in didnt work when i arrived. So i had to call the reception at 2 am in the morning to give me a key. however they were very helpful once i did. Additionally, there was no hot water in the property and once of the days the room had a quite bad smell to it

Terrible self check in service and no hot water. Staff called in the middle of the night when we arrived because their system didn’t register our payment!!
