“We had a great holiday despite the issues with the cleaning company”

We have rented this property many times over the last 8/10 years as it’s in a fantastic location right opposite the beach

To be improved

The cleaning company are really poor. When we arrived there as no welcome pack ie no hand soap, no clothes for the dishes, no detergent for the dishes and no toilet paper. As part of our booking we were supposed to have received a mid week clean, this did not happen, the same is true when we rented this property in 2022, On the day we were departing the cleaners appeared at the door at 08.45!!!! Despite Check out being 10.00am I think Sealand Villas need to look at the cleaning company as they are not providing the service that you pay for.

The location was perfect. The Natalia Beach support staff were really helpful in resolving a few teething issues.

To be improved

Really felt that a comprehensive information sheet would have been useful re location of chemists, supermarkets and bins.

Location was good. Amazing views. Arrival at the property was easy and we were allowed to enter the property early which was very good.

To be improved

The property was a little tired, could do with freshening up. The shower water went cold after 3 or 4 showers, so we couldn't all shower after eachother.

Check in & check out was easy. The location was amazing. The apartment overall was lovely and good value for money.

To be improved

Some of the electrical sockets were old & didn’t work & the kettle didn’t work properly but no impact on our stay.
