The best

The decor and vibe of the whole place are amazing. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The place runs like clockwork, it was very impressive. The breakfast & menu offerings were also exceptional. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this was something else. Will definitely return.

Service is very slow, charged for 4 fanta lemon & 1 club sandwich that we never received, very slow checkin process, very limited sunbeds, breakfast is also limited

The best

Great breakfast and the staff were all very friendly. The rooftop pool was lovely and had a great view of the sea.

To be improved

It was just missing some attention to detail, considering the price. Our room door lock broke on two of the three days we were staying there. On the second time to begin with the staff did not believe us which was annoying as it had happened before. Maintenance was then called but this resulted in us being unable to access our room for several hours but no compensation was offered. We also booked the room for three people but clearly the room was not meant for three, things like only two chairs for example which made it feel a bit of an after thought.
