Appartament to the sea

There was nothing in the apartment - not even matches to light the gas stove (they were unusable), the lighter was without gas. The sewage from the toilets smelled very bad. There were no hangers for clothes in the closet, the closet doors do not close, the drawers of the cabinets are broken. The toilet door to the bedroom does not close. The bed mattress is very firm. Towels are stained.
