“Pleasant but can so easily be better”

The best

The apartment is modern and bright, and the premises seem very secure, as does the underground parking. There is a lovely view of the sea and the pool looked inviting for warmer weather. The appliances are modern, and everything worked well.

To be improved

Too far away from the centre of town and there was a currently active building site just across the road. The walls are very thin and a lot of noise from neighbours and construction was heard during the day. The appearance of cleanliness was excellent, but there were too many "hidden" unclean areas: the toilet under the rim was black and smelly, the toilet brush was very old and dirty, a corner of the shower floor had missed being mopped, the shower drain was full of other people's hair, the drawers in the small bed divan were black with dust and the living-room sofa has not been cleaned for a while, just the cover thrown over it. All things we could live with, but with attention to cleaning detail/thoroughness. it would be so much better. A bottle of bleach would have been useful!
