Beautiful apartment and views

The location of the property was right in the centre of Malaga. It was a brilliant spot, close to the city and closer to the beach— it was so good with accessibility. It was located in a comfortable and silent area with a nice balcony. The staff were very accommodating and only a message away whenever we were in need. The property was clean and the air conditioning was refreshing. I couldn’t recommend this property enough! We have enjoyed a lot during our stay.

Nothing!!! We were booked for 7 nights and only able to stay for 1 night because of the horrible smell of sewage that flooded the apartment whenever we turned on the air-conditioning. It made us physically sick! I messaged the property several times and received different excuses as to why the bad smell was happening. I finally went to the office to say that we couldn't stay there and they suggested that the whole building has this problem and there is nothing they can do about it. Then they sent a technician to the apartment to check on the problem but we had turned off the air-conditioning so the smell was very faint. We had to find and pay for other accommodations as we couldn't stay in a place that smells of human waste. Still waiting to hear from the property and booking.com about a refund. So far I haven't heard from anyone. If you read past reviews, several people mention this problem and the staff response is that the problem has been fixed. I can assure you that it has not. I am so angry and frustrated. This is very unhealthy and I can't believe that they are expecting people to stay here. We should be refunded our money because it was impossible to stay here. Please, do the right thing and refund our money.

The apartment is nice and near the bus/train station, as well as the city center and beach. Very convenient for large group of 8, due to the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very helpful team of few people is managing it, who were answering all our questions in a very fast manner.

Spotless apartment, very big apartment suitable for a family. Everything is brand new. Soho is a great place to stay at, centrical, cleaned and very secure. We had a great time.
