“Enjoyable but disappointed in the little things”
The best

The entrance to hotel was lovely and gentleman helped us with our bags up the steps and took them to our room which was a lovely touch. Staff friendly and champagne was a surprise. Also extras in fridge was a lovely touch.

To be improved

Thought inside shower was a bit mucky by the door and wouldn’t have taken much to clean it. Also outside landing carpets needed hoovering.

“Lovely city break.”
The best

Lovely rooftop pool and bar with views over the city. Room was lovely and clean. Excellent location for exploring Barcelona. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to explore the many coffee shops in the area with freshly baked pastries. Had some tapas on the rooftop bar one evening and that was lovely.

You had to walk through the bar to get to the pool which felt intimidating for my teen daughter. Not enough places to sit around the pool.

Distance to the beach and size of room. Staff could have been more helpful in terms of explaining the layout of barcelona and now to get around.
