Neguri Geltokia by People Rentals

When we arrived: - there were only 7 beds ready while our booking was for 8 people - the house was dirty with lots of dust - There were things left around by previous guests (like a dirty towel and a used razor) - Some shutters and the outdoor pergola were damaged and not usable We contacted the host through booking.com but they didn’t even care to answer and provide no help at all with these issues. It seems they don’t (or pretend not to) understand English well. Never seen a worst property management and a poorer customer care. Also: - many sockets (especially in the bedrooms) are not suitable for standard EU plugs, as the plug falls out and remains loose when plugged in. - Many of the appliances are poorly maintained or partially damaged (the coffee machine leaks water / the detergent lid of the dishwasher was broken / the knob on the induction hob was hidden in a drawer with no instructions on how to find it / the handle on the fridge has been removed and it is difficult to open). - The second double room is not actually a double room as the second bed is just a pull-out bed (not shown in the pictures). - The bathrooms are really old and in need of renovation. - Two showers from two different rooms are separated by glass bricks, so you basically see people of another room showering (?!?!?)

Old Bathrooms and double beds are two single beds together.
