“Poor condition apartment”

Smokers have used it and left strong smell. Washing machine leaked. Toilet cistern permanently filling because valve leaks. Terrible noise every night from flat above moving furniture from 10pm to 1am. The flat needs some proper maintenance. We will not use it again.

Shower small and could not hang shower head up on the shower bracket Asked for a second set of keys because there is no handle on the outside of the apartment door and can easily lock yourself out didn’t get spare untill last few days of holiday. Furniture and kitchen appliances look like they had been bought from a charity shop, wooden handles on cutlery ( very un hygienic ) coffee pot handle came off. kettle leaked( They did replace it) No spare bedding

The apartment was very central to everything. It had everything we needed for our stay. Andrea although we never met her was very attentive and extremely helpful to us. We would definitely stay here again

The pool was closed but we did go out of season so it was to be expected

“Fantastic apartment in a great location”

The best

The apartment was lovely. It had all the facilities we needed, was in a great location, was clean, had air conditioning and we really enjoyed staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

To be improved

The only issue we had was the gate to the apartment block was difficult to open. I think there was something wrong with the lock because we had difficulty using the key to unlock it and it appeared other people staying there were having the same issue.
