The rooms are good and clean ! all with an air conditionner, TV, the kitchen has most utensils you might need for a few nights stay ! Very well located too. The Hosts are very responsive.

Initial impressions of the area were that it was a bit run-down but it was actually fine, peaceful and convenient.

To be improved

Lack of saucepans in the property. Has washing machine but no dishwasher. One of our party left some clothes behind and it was not reported to us. We had to contact them.

“A great place to stay in Granada with parking nearby.”
The best

The property was clean and comfortable. It was a 15/20 minute walk to the centre. It was lovely and quiet. It’s a good location for Sierra Nevada too. The air conditioning was very good. We reserved parking through the owner but probably not necessary. It’s the same price whether you just turn up on the day. There are also some parking places on the streets nearby.

To be improved

The kitchen was very basic and needed more utensils eg there was no chopping board, no bread knife, no wine glasses, only 2 bin bags, no oven and no work surface. Normally this wouldn’t matter but we had a baby so needed to eat in sometimes. We had asked for a cot but had to contact the owner as we couldn’t find it anywhere! It was in a storage box which was part of the bed. You have to lift it up!
