“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, everything you need is very close. Nice sea view. Quiet. Pool area was never crowded. No kids. Excellent value for money regardless of the minor issues below. · Cons: WiFi was poor. We had 2 ground floor apartments, one of which looked like it had been recently renovated, the other had paint flaking from the walls. Only one of the rooms had an aircon, which wasn't a problem as it wasn't hot during our stay, but I had been expecting air-con from the photos.”

We stayed in this apartment, which is advertised as having a “sea view,” but in reality, the sea is barely visible through a narrow gap between buildings. If you’re expecting to relax while enjoying a nice ocean view – prepare to be disappointed. The apartment itself was quite neglected. The walls were covered in stains, giving off an unhygienic feel, and the entire place felt outdated and poorly maintained. It lacked the cleanliness and comfort one would expect, even from basic accommodation. Given the price and how it was presented in the photos, we felt misled. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

“Brilliant holiday at Neptuno”

The best

When we arrived Maria was at reception and she was amazing; very helpful, kind and patient. She always spoke with us for the rest of our holiday when she saw us. We had room 220 which had wonderful views over Playa del Jablillo and the rest of the coast/sea. The room is a little tired but well equipped. It was kept extremely clean and the facilities were very good. Our terrace was spacious and had perfect shelter from the windy weather we experienced when we were there. If possible, some shading for the afternoon and a sunbed or two would have been most welcome on the terrace.
