Washing machine was just a basic one. It didn’t clean the clothes properly. Kitchen was equipped with various utensils and vessels but a pot type vessel was not available.

The shower was broken, hot water stopped on 2nd day, had to cancel my plan to stay at the property for someone to visit to fix the hot water. (Owner should take time off and come with spare key to fix the stuff. Never acknowledged to fix the shower either, very poor customer services) on checkout bin bag need to be taken out of the property to be thrown on the road (so 7th floor apartment, take it on ground floor, then walk out of the car park, out side the building, cross the main road to be chucked on the public road bin.) this was so inconvenient at 6am.

Fantastic view from the terrace, close to the sea, tram, bus and places to have food and drink. Really nice pool and view.

To be improved

Haven’t recognized by myself - although 1 friend who is not a perfect swimmer said pool was too deep for him
