The best

Newly equipped apartment (except for bed), there is washing machine, kitchen has good equipment. They provided room earlier than check-in time.

To be improved

Bed is extremely uncomfortable, mattress was good but the bed itself was really bad and noisy. This was surprising as all other equipment was new and good. We had a cockcroach in the appartment once, which probably came through window or under the door. Most probably this is not mistake of landlord but we did not experienced this issue anywhere else in Spain and was very limiting in our further experience in this apartment.
