“Fantastic villa but disappointing communication on last day.”

Absolutely loved the villa. It’s very spacious, spotless and had everything you need. Pool area was fantastic ! Also loved the terrace for dining and chilling out. Lovely views of the mountains and sea. If you have mobility issues you will need to get a taxi from the beach as it is very steep! It’s worth it though as the beach is lovely and close by, Would have been a score of 10 if not for issues on the last day.

To be improved

Absolutely loved the villa but the last day it was disappointing. I only asked if we could leave our cases in the courtyard and collect them before the cleaners left about 2pm. Was told no as new guests were arriving at 12pm. Was advised we could leave the cases at the office but our taxi was collecting us from the villa and I couldn’t change it. We had to take our cases to the beach and get a taxi back to the villa. We arrived at 2.15pm and the cleaner left shortly afterwards! There were no guests there at that time! . Very disappointing from the rental cpy and a shame as we had such a fantastic time. They should have a cupboard or something where you can leave your cases.

Plenty of space. Very clean. The food pack option was very good, especially as we arrived late.

To be improved

I felt that a change of bedding & towels would be good to change everything halfway through our stay. We requested clean towels which were delivered to us straight away, but felt it should be part of the package.

“Fantastic stay in this wonderful villa”

The best

Excellent find - just as in pictures. Villa was perfect for our family of 5, great space, well equipped, modern and really well located for beach and old town in a safe residential area. Also great to have a pool to ourselves. Great customer service too.

To be improved

Nothing we didn’t like. We parked on road as tricky getting into garage from narrow road. Sometimes had to park a little way away but not an issue for us.
