Nerja with view

No one at reception when we arrived and it took a couple of calls before we were able to be let in despite stating our arrival time. Apartment was still been cleaned when we arrived. Communication generally could be better.

Unfortunately the only thing that put a down on the stay was the lady Isabel who we had to contact regarding key collection, she took ages to respond and then told us who to get the keys from and the ladies told us they didn’t have them but they were in the key safe. We then messaged Isabel to tell her and ask for the key safe code and she shouted at me telling me I was wrong and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. I was quite shocked at how rude she was and upset that we had to keep messaging to get hold of her. Eventually she accepted what I was saying and gave us the key safe number but the whole situation put such a downer on our first day. If it wasn’t for this lady we would definitely have chosen to stay here again as it’s our go to area in Nerja

We arrived late as notified and there was no key in the safe next to apartment door despite me ringing/msg several times Isabelle didnt reply !!! She’s an absolute joke and very unreliable. If it wasn’t for Camilla the owner who I disturbed in the middle of the night in Sweden !! We would have been sleeping in the car . Top marks to her she sorted us a hotel room!

Not a door handle or lock on patio door and needs to new blind in living area as people can see in when walking passed
