NEW 3 bedroom sea views at Calanova golf - RDR454

Host communication was terrible, emergency number did not respond or pick up so we had to run around the complex to find the entrance. The address was incorrect and unclear. New apartment but several things were already damaged: shower ceiling, Nespresso Machine leaking, lights not working.

We were looking forward to our stay at this apartment but we were very disappointed because there were several problems that we had to deal with during our stay. First it was quite difficult to find the lock with the keys and the right entrance to the property because the complex is quite big and the address provided was to the main entrance but the closest entrance to the building is located somewhere else. Then our remote control for the gate was not working which was not fixed during our stay - so we could not park at the property - as a solution was offered public parking 15minutes walking from the apartment...for this inconvenience and our time we had to invest to solve this we were offered a discount of 10% which we don't see appropriate. Also after we arrived into the apartment we found only 4 beds ready even though we booked for 5 people. we contacted Stay host but they couldn't solve it that day (!), only next day. so one person had to survive the first night without pillow, sheets,towels... Last but not least there was not even a toilet paper in the apartment! if you consider this apartment has 4 stars on booking - toilet paper is provided usually in apartments in the simplest low cost standard. As a conclusion I have to say the mindset of this accommodation is only show and shine (even the books were fake), make most money out of it and provide as little service as possible.
