We had a wonderful stay — very convenient and comfortable. Max gave us a warm welcome, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. I would highly recommend this place for families on vacation.

The location, right on the top of Rambla de Poblenou, with many services just around the corner

To be improved

Arranging the reservation was quite complicated, with multiple back-and-forth communications. They wanted to charge a deposit fee in case of any damages. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found several things already broken in the apartment, including lights, window blinds, and the bathroom trash can, among others. Despite these issues, the apartment itself was comfortable for our needs, although it could have been better maintained.

Too bad for the very nice staff who received us, but this apartment is in a state of 30 years ago. Both in terms of furniture and matters such as bathroom, beds, cleanliness and kitchen equipment. Needs to be completely refurbished and in the current state is much too expensive for what is offered!
