The keys into the apartment are in a lockbox at the internal door on the 4th floor. We had to tailgate behind a resident to get in through the main front door from the street - I have no idea how we would have got in without this stroke of luck!

Too expensive for the quality of the apartment

Unfortunately, the check in felt uncomfortable with the messages that there was "surveillance" of how many people were checking in as well as that it was impossible to arrive any time but EXACTLY at check-in. The wording of the messages seemed less friendly than one would expect. Check out time was too early, we stayed at over 12 properties in Spain and this property had a check out time two hours earlier than the others. I did not like having to send my passport code, copy of passport, selfie picture in order to receive the code to check in. Of course showing a passport is necessary but the passport barcode? And a selfie? This seems too excessive. Property was very clean, and location was good.
