NEW Apartment in Lo Pagán - San Javier- Swimming Pool - Sea 50m away

We were self catering and the location is perfect.

The property is practically brand new and very well equipped with all that was required for our 2 week stay. There are only eight apartments and we were fortunate that other 7 were vacant and therefore we had sole pool use. Of course given the situation of the property at end of block and on ground floor, the pool was outside the back door. Location is also wonderful with 5 minute walk along the lovely Mar Menor to several bars / restaurants. A further 10 minute walk takes you to even greater choices for food and drink. The property was spotless on arrival and support/ contact with the host Jacques and his family were quite simply a joy.

Superb location close to the beautiful beach, also within easy walking distance of several restaurants and supermarkets for those who don't drive. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything you would need.. The pool is lovely accessed through your own private sunbathing/ eating outside area. The agent Isabelle and her husband are friendly and welcoming and always contactable if you have any problems or questions. The owner Jacques messaged several times to make sure everything was ok and we were happy. A great holiday experience.

I liked the position of apartment and the fact it had sun on different ares all day .very cosy

Bright , spacious, comfortable & well equipped apartment. Lots of comfortable outside seating and dining areas. The only downside was that it was breezy and quite chilly in the evenings so not really weather for sitting out. Location was a short stroll by the beach to restaurants and bars. We were very lucky to have the pool to ourselves during the stay. We stayed in apartment D and we had a designated parking space. Isabelle welcomed us and showed us around. Jacques was also in touch to make sure that all was ok. Lovely touch - a welcome gift of Cava and ham. We had a very pleasant and restful stay.

Brand new and beautiful property. Clean and very well equipped. Good communication with the owners before & during the stay. We had a very god time and would love to come back in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend this place.
