The apartment is really nice. It is supercomfortable, clean, in a nice and well maintained building.

To be improved

The location is good for people who want just the beach experience, it is a short, 5 minute walk to the beach. But there are only a couple places to eat nearby, and it takes 25 minutes by car to get to Denia's urban center. In general, I would not recommend this place for people who have no access to a car - but if you just want to enjoy the beach in a quiet, comfortable place - it's a great find.

The best

Light and bright, well equipped and comfortable. When the wind wasn’t blowing, the balcony was a great place to relax.

To be improved

The underground car park was quite tight to get into the allotted parking space. Don’t know if it would have been possible if the spaces opposite were occupied.

The best

Very nice apartment, well equipped and close to the beach (5 minutes walking). There’s everything you need, they have really paid attention to details. The terrace is a great space for relaxing at the end of the day. Quiet property with underground garage. The stuff has been very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come back soon. Great value!
