New Art Hostel - Albergue Juvenil

Persistent smell of marijuana throughout the entire floor • Shower drain was clogged • Trash bin not emptied upon our arrival • Toilet seat was loose, and bath towels were missing • No solution offered by the hotel, despite staff acknowledging these issues • No explanation or apology from the establishment more than 2 months later, despite a complaint made on-site and a follow-up via Booking

They knew that the AC in our room was not working during a heat wave and they didn't tell us that. We had a horrific night of non-sleep and when I mentioned it in the morning, the staff person just said they had tried to fix it but couldn't.

Way too expensive for what you actually get. Loud noises throughout the whole night which make it hard to sleep. General maintenance is lacking, cabinets and handles broken on the showers, windows don’t close properly, the handle from the main door is falling out

This hotel was a nightmare. I paid for a private room with a private bathroom for two females, but instead, the room was inside a male-only area (see pictures, they had a “ONLY BOYS ALLOWED”, and we had to walk through a group of men staring at us from head to toe — some even naked or smelling bad. Inside our room, we could still hear all the men talking, laughing, and hanging around so close, which made us feel completely unsafe and uncomfortable. Imagine everytime we opened the door, we were exposed to this situation. The bathroom was filthy — used toilet paper, torn towels, and broken fixtures. The area was NOT central as advertised. It felt unsafe, with shady people around. For the same money, you can find a far better hotel in a safer location. Be wise with your money. I tried to explain my feelings and how unsafe it felt, but the hotel staff didn’t care at all. They promised a 50% refund after I checked out within 30 minutes( just to collect proof), but even after two months, I haven’t received anything. I texted them thousands time in depression. Now I think I gave up. Booking.com was also useless, offering only “points” that cannot be used anywhere. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and it ruined my trip to Mallorca. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone — especially if you are a woman traveling alone or with friends. Thinking about the hotel makes me don’t wanna come back again.

Tv was not working, Very high cussion, loud construction starting at 7am

The door handle is broken for the bathroom, so doors must be left open to use the washroom.
