Apartment is comfy enough for a few days stay, although sofa not that comfy. All other parts as website - all good.

To be improved

Check in process was a mess. Asked for a call an hour before arriving - had to ring about 8 times before I got an answer. Arriving earlier than planned apparently is not on! Asking for ID documents to be sent whilst sitting outside apartment waiting to get in is a joke. These could have been asked for a week in advance.

BEYOND HORRIBLE, VERY DIRTY WITH PUBIC HAIRS AND BUGS ON THE BEDS, NO BABY COT EVEN THOUGH REQUESTED. WE HAD TO LEAVE AND OUR PLANS WERE RUINED. TERRIBLE HOST WHO JUST DOESNT CARE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!
