“Relaxing villa with a heated pool”

The best

Very cosy villa with good facilities (heated pool, espresso maker, internet tv, wifi). Tias is a quiet area with amazing views of the mountains. Close by a lot of areas by car, like Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero. Hosts were very good to deal with, showed us all we needed to know about the place and even left a present for one of our parties birthdays. Plenty of food left for us upon arrival also so breakfast on the first day was taken care of. Would recommend.

To be improved

Villa is a little more cramped than we thought but was fine for two people. Need a rental car as it is a remote area. There is a view into neighbours back yard from the pool area.

“Great few days in a nice villa”

The best

The property is in a good location close to all the attractions we planned to visit and with good shops nearby. Richard is a nice host and explained to us everything in the house. He lives just next to villa (sharing the same wall), so can help with anything if needed. We got a lot of complimentary food so there was no need for urgent shopping on the first day (fruits, wine, snacks, eggs, bread, etc.). Really nice gesture. The beautiful bath is a real highlight. Villa is in a good condition and has everything that is needed. Coffee machine is a great idea and we enjoyed good coffee every morning. BBQ ensured we had great dinners and no need for restaurants. Heated pool is great option for this time of the year.

To be improved

There is definitely a conflict between host and their neighbors regarding the installed camera in the pool area. Neighbor reached out us few times to say about hosts not respecting privacy.. first days camera was not facing us at all so we didn’t have any problem with it, though would be better if camera was mentioned in the booking description or at least we were informed by host. We noticed it by ourselves. But on the last day camera went crazy and started to move all the time, facing us as well, which annoyed us. Though host came and unplugged it at the end to fix it.
