- The zone is terrible in terms of noise. It is impossible to sleep with open windows (which we normally want to keep open when on the seaside), every morning some drunk youngsters were screaming/shouting/listening to loud music downstairs etc. - The beach is just in front of the building, but there is no way you will find (or will want to find) a spot there. Overcrowded like hell. We walked 1.5 km away to reach the excellent Ponent beach instead. - The absence of parking is a real headache in that area of Salou. - In general, the area is quite uncomfortable if you are looking for a calm and cozy stay. We understood that this is the part of Salou where there are no locals, just tourists, which negatively affects the type and quality of facilities around. - The washing and drying machine is present, but these are old and working so loudly that it gets impossible to stay in the small room nearby (where the kids were sleeping). - The toilet in one of the rooms is installed where it was not meant to be. As a result, it just does not work normally. The flushing power is almost non-existent and cannot flush anything else than water (you might understand what I mean). - The water drain in another room's shower was clogged, we had to fix it by buying a special liquid. - Cleanliness and overall maintenance could be much better. We have vast experience in family travelling, have a lot of stays to compare to and I cannot evaluate this experience any higher than mediocre.

In the main room the shower water drainage was not working properly, I reported this and it was fixed.
