There is no premium or luxury about the apartment. Location is central but very noisy at night. Moreover, the repair works of the facade of the building is under way - scaffolding installed all around the building including in front of the apartment's windows. If this fact have been indicated by the owner in the description before booking, I would have chosen better options. There are many, taking into account the price...

“Malags weekend break at Tonis place”

The best

Toni's place is in the best location, right next to the beach but also only a 10 mins beautiful stroll into centtral Malaga. Definitely would return. Toni met us outside the property and it was easy to find.

To be improved

We couldn't find any tea towels in the flat. The 2 back bedrooms could do with some black out blinds as the street lights shone brightly through the windows.

Best location. 10mins away from the old historic city centre and at the famous Malagueta beach. Light house and marina area 3 mins away. Beautiful sunrise could be enjoyed from the beach just across the street. Many restaurants near by. Bus station and City sightseeing bus stop just downstairs the apartment. Property owner had let us check in early at the property. Nice balcony overlooking the beautiful Malagueta beach.

Being on a beachfront I booked this property as I am all about waking up to a sea view on holiday but it was very disappointing to see the entire building front covered in net and scaffolding due to construction work which obstructed the entire sea view. Not comfortable stay while constructors working in your balcony while you want an undisturbed family time on holiday and the dust from the works. Dishwasher was broken and all the water was on the floor and we had to clean up water so it does not spread further in the rooms. One of the bedrooms had a very bad odour and we could not use it. Needs some maintenance.
