This is a nice house and we loved the location. Beach is close.

To be improved

Two rooms were unusable due to a strong odor and a broken window. In one room, the air conditioning was initially broken, though it was quickly repaired. However, the mold issue in that room made us decide not to use it. The outdoor area needs attention: dead flowers, warped deck boards, and dirty pillows on the benches diminish the overall appearance. The grill provided is a charcoal grill. These days, most guests prefer a gas grill—far more convenient and easier to light. This is a lovely house with great potential, but it needs some updates to truly shine. With a few small improvements—especially to the atmosphere and outdoor amenities—it could become an exceptional experience for future guests.
