Lack of air condition made it very hot inside and hard to sleep

My 16 year old daughter came with us and there was no proper place for her to sleep. The pull out bed had several screws missing from it which meant that it separated and she would fall on the ground at night. The rats scurrying in the ceiling at night really made for a dreadful holiday. If it wasn't for being extremely sick for a few days myself and that no other accommodation was available at an affordable price locally I would have informed my wife about the situation and left. Thankfully she is a bit hard of hearing and a solid sleeper unlike myself and I ended up just telling myself that we'd be leaving shortly and we'd never go back. Overall, very disappointed.

Getting the keys was tiring, we waited 15 minutes for the door to be opened through the intercom (this was after a long flight). We booked for three people, but had only two blankets and two pillows and just a bare leather sofa, the water in the shower practically did not wash away (very slowly)

The keys were in a key box outside the room within the apartment building - but we didn't have access to the inside of the building. We had to find a night porter, who spoke no English, to open the outer door and take us to the apartment. Not what we were expecting! And some of the information about check-in on the managing agent's website contradicts what we were told through booking.com. There were no instructions about disposing of rubbish, despite being told we had to. And we discovered that we should have a key for the block's locked rubbish disposal area. We weren't supplied with one. There was a white plastic card provided, without explanation. Apparently it is something to do with parking. There is nowhere inside the apartment to dry clothes.
