“Location is great, facilities good”
The best

The handover pack was very limited, no dish drying towels and no dish washing tablets. The main toilet has really bad smell from sewage vent pipe which was quite unbearable. There was no mechanical venting which would have made all the difference. Recommend you get this fitted. The outside shutters are not easily opened or closed simply maintenance (oil) would sort it. The furniture is quite dated. But apart from that the view and location was perfect.
