“New Point Opera is centrally located and offer great apartments”
The best

The complementary breakfast and wine in the evening were nice gestures and enjoyable. The location was perfect. The room was perfect and very clean. I loved the balcony. The evening staff printed my check in tickets for the airline and supplied useful information on exploring the city. The 24 hour desk is a bonus too.

To be improved

I liked everything but the cost was high. The street is very noisy at night.

“Perfect apartment & location!”
The best

Excellent location, easy to walk everywhere and close to 2 metros. Lovely big clean apartment and we were greeted by Niall on reception who was so welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. Would definitely stay again!

“Great base for a stay in Madrid”
The best

Apartment was super clean with everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the fact there was free tea and coffee all day in the reception and that we could leave our luggage safely before check in and after checking out. The location is so central and perfect for seeing so many sights.
