New! Quality Flat in the Center - Private Terrace

-We checked in at 15:30 and the cleaning lady was in the house still cleaning. We've left our luggages and come back 30mins later. Dishwasher was working and there were bubbles on the kitchen floor. Also I've checked the washing machine and there were some dirty clothes in and on it! I've send a message to the host they've responded several hours later and instead of dealing with the problem immediately, they told us to clean the floor and reduce the bubbles with some vinegar!!(no vinegar or mop at home by the way)At the end we've unloaded the dishwasher and hand wash all dishes since we needed them. After 2 days they told us washing machine is broken and if we send them laundry bill they can pay. We were coming from another stay and booked this place especially for the washing machine. Their approach and neglecience was very unpleasant. -place wasn't cleaned properly. Lots of hair and dirty shoe prints on the floor, stained pillow covers and interestingly some toothbrushes on random places. - under supplied with everything. Toilet paper roll was nearly finished and spare one is also nearly finished. No dishwasher detergent ( i suppose cleaning lady put regular dish soap and that's why the machine bubbled). Just 1 big and 1 very small glasses. 1 very small pan. Kitchen cabinets were very dirty with crumbs, food stains etc.
