NEW! Renovated house with terrace in Cambrils

Everything was perfect.

The location was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but there were 6 decent restaurants/café's within 2 minutes walk. Lidl and Mercadona were 4 minutes away by bicycle and 8 minutes by walking and Spar was about a 6 minute walk from the property. The square near the home was clean and open, with views of the mostly dry riverbed that was also used as a play area for dogs and as an jogging/walking path by the people. Easy access to the beach by walking, (14 minutes), at a stroll and 6 minutes by bicycle. There is another small square and a friendly neighborhood on the opposite side of the home, also within easy walking distance, (2-5 minutes), that has retail shops, pharmacy, arts and crafts stores, book stores, and of course, café's and bars. From this location 8 different sports clubs / gym's were within 1.6 km and easy to get to by car, walking, or cycling. The home had a lift that is small, (2 people comfortably), which made going up and down with laundry less cumbersome. The contact for the home was immediately responsive and provided good help. The check in check out instructions were clear and detailed. I ended up having a friend join me for a couple of days and they accommodated that request easily. The showers had good pressure and enough room. The kitchen was decently stocked and everything worked well. The location of this property is it's number one advantage, as it is close to bus stops/station, Train station, stores, lovely neighborhoods, parks, athletic clubs, and the beach/promenade. I was also offered interim cleaning service due to the long term of my stay, which was considerate and could have been very useful if I was not staying there alone.
