New Style Iris

Extremely dirty: pillows were so in bad conditions that we couldn’t use them The studio it is too small to have a kitchen and host 4 people ( you cook on top of the bed) claustrophobic. Bathroom dirty full of dust that gets wet when someone take a shower Cucarachas in the corridors outside Impossible to park

The room 122 was filthy which i have a video of inside and outside, the bed was like sleeping on a brick, the fridge didn't shut properly, i didn't use the hob/coffee machine/microwave. There was tiny flies in the kitchen area, not mosquitos and 1 day a little black creature in the bathroom. Wasn't given access to the garden/pool. Where can i upload the video of the dirt and mould inside and outside the room? NEVER staying there again with across the roads dogs constantly barking, i went to ask them to take your dogs out for a walk as i own a dog and have respect for my neighbours if she barks too much she is brought back into my house to be told to f off back to England by their receptionist. Never been so tired on what was supposed to be a chilled few days away.
