Well maintained, quiet, comfortable

Great location, 10 minute walk from bus stop for airport bus and 15 mins to Cathedral and Alcazar. Convenience supermarket next door. Shower was fabulous. Kitchen tiny but well equipped including salt, pepper, olive oil and some teabags and coffee pods. No kettle but coffee maker can provide hot water.

The apartment is just a stone’s throw from Plaza de Cuba, and a short walk across the bridge takes you right into the center of Seville. There’s a hop-on-hop-off bus stop in front of the building (for taxis and uber) and a parking garage nearby. If you're using public transport, the metro and bus stations are only a two-minute walk away. Just across the bridge, you'll also find a Sevici bike rental station, though the city center is easily walkable. The apartment is part of a hotel, which means you have access to a 24-hour reception. The friendly staff are always happy to help with any request, as is the apartment owner—he was incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. The apartment itself is beautiful, offering a stunning view of Triana and gorgeous sunsets. It features a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, stovetop, range hood, and toaster. The bathroom even includes a washing machine, making it a truly convenient stay where you don’t have to worry about a thing. The bed and sofa are both very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the location—everything was within easy reach! If we ever return to Seville, we hope this apartment will be available again.

Great location with very nearby underground off street parking. You have to pay, but if you have a car it's important. Easy walking distance to all main sights. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need.

A confortable room, next to a supermarket and very good tapas bars and restaurants. Parking near by and a reasonable walking distance to centre or to triana night life.
