“Superb”

The best

Very nice and spaceous apartment. Room for 6 adults. Full beds so no sofa beds like you often see. Excellent location near Zubizuri bridge. Bathrooms are rather small, but since there are 2 bathrooms, this is more than sufficient for 6 ppl. Kitchen is well equipped.

To be improved

Sometimes a bit noisy (busses passing by, neighbours in the other apartments), but hey, you’re in the center of the city, so not complaining

Good location, clean, spacious. Good value for money.

Earlier check in than 16:00 would have been good, although the host did meet 1 hour before to access.

Pros: - apartment is very well located - apartment is big and has two bathrooms - the communication worked seamlessly, it was always quick and helpful - key handover also as planned and great

To be improved

Cons: - the apartment was dirty when we checked in, there were crumbles in the dining chairs, hairs in the bathroom sink and bed, the rugs were not properly vacuumed. - furniture is a bit worn off already - maybe because the apartment was closed for a while before we arrived, but there was a mouldy smell all over it. In the end we sort of got used to it (also aired the apartment as much as possible), but still, not a pleasant smell.

Nice stylish appartment and as it looks on the photos. We were greeted promptly by a member of staff who showed us around and there to answer any questions and any communication via booking was done in a timely manner. The apartment was clean throughout with some coffee pods left which was a nice touch.

To be improved

Slightly noisy neighbours but it's what to be expected from being in an apartment
