The property itself is new and very clean. It’s in a quiet area, which is great for those looking for a peaceful stay. A car is definitely necessary.

To be improved

The listing states that this was a private property at the time of my booking, but it did not mention that the entire second floor is occupied by tenants. I rented the house under the assumption that it was a full private rental, so this was a disappointing surprise. The floors are quite thin, meaning noise from upstairs carries easily, and there is also a dog upstairs that barked constantly throughout the day on multiple occasions. Another significant issue was the main bathroom’s shower, which floods the bathroom very quickly when in use. When I raised this with the hosts, I was told it was a design flaw. Additionally, most of the windows in the property cannot be opened
