We booked for the weekend and the AC didn’t work — in a city with 30°C at night. No rest, no help. I asked to change apartments at 10 AM. They kept delaying, promising a fix. Just before closing their office, they told us no one would come and we won‘t get moved. We slept in a sauna and were offered a 30€ refund as “compensation.” Phones went unanswered. Still chasing a real refund through the platform.

The best

The place is new, it's ok, but TOO small. It's advertised for three people, BUT only one could really enjoy himself there.

To be improved

Worst checkin process EVER. You need to download an app, create a user/password, upload your travel documents...the app crashes and so on...HORRIBLE. Then, you need to call the place 30minutes before your arrival time, because they are not there. And on top of that, before arriving you must PAY 200€ as a guarantee...and they are supposed to give it back only 15 days AFTER checkout. I'm still waiting for the pay back.
