Great facilities and location. The room was clean and spacious and the view of the church and cathedral were stunning

Found it difficult to operate the kitchen facilities Some staff weren’t very helpful

It was in a good position , clean great sized room , if you were staying longer the kitchenette was a great addition

To be improved

A microwave would have been a great addition to the kitchenette and it could do with double glazed windows. As it was a little noisy

Expectation to clean kitchen area without cleaning products/ cloths. Very limited applicances in 'well equipped' kitchen. 4* expect tea/ coffee. Again 4* = smart tv
